Nothing. The 30-minute discovery call is free, and the full 60-minute gap analysis — security, infrastructure, workflows, and people — is delivered in 10 business days at no cost to you. We're paid by the vendors we recommend, not by you. Nothing billable happens before day 30, and any build work is quoted in writing before it starts.

Are you vendor-neutral? How do you get paid?

Yes. We're paid by the providers we recommend — that's why the gap analysis is free to you. That payment comes from the provider, not your invoice, so your price is the same as going direct and sometimes better. We rank providers by fit, not by what they pay us: the recommendation is settled on fit alone.

We assess your existing stack for vulnerabilities before any AI deployment, map controls to the frameworks that apply to your industry, and make sure vendor contracts include the right data-protection clauses. We don't hand you a generic compliance checklist — we score your actual stack against your actual risk.

That's common. We audit what you have, identify gaps and overlaps, consolidate redundant tools, and renegotiate contracts. If you're paying for software that could already book the job, chase the invoice, and send the follow-up — we find the part that's switched off and wire it up.
